Our Story

Founded in 2017, by entrepreneur Sheharyar Waraich, Tech Experts is a multi-service business offering advanced mobile and tablet repairs in addition to the latest mobile and tablet accessories. Tech Experts have also expanded into the vape and fireworks industry, which has attracted a large and loyal customer base.

After arriving in the UK in 2009, Sheharyar recognised the need for mobile repair services in Essex and several other English counties. Starting with one shop in Enfield, London, Tech Experts have expanded rapidly over the last five years to an additional five locations in Basildon, Ilford , Southampton, Watford and Bedford.

Tech Experts specialises in buying , selling , accessories and repairing smartphones tablets and laptopsTrained staff offer full-service repairs and bespoke solutions with excellent customer service and follow up care.

Following the establishment of its successful mobile repairs and accessories business, Tech Experts recognised the increasing demand for vapes and vape accessories and the ability to sell these products alongside providing its mobile repair services. Tech Experts now offer a variety of vape kits and several flavours with all associated accessories such as battery,coils, chargers, mouthpieces and drip tips.

More recently, Tech Experts have begun selling a large variety of fireworks and sparklers in select locations. Tech Experts recognised that this was an under-serviced market and began selling these products, which was met with great response from their customers.

The ability of Tech Experts to provide multiple products and services across these three industries has led to a significant increase in profits and a loyal customer base, which continues to grow.
